Hopelessly Fearless

By DonationResource Dharma Talk
Our spiritual practice can help us discover our innate clarity, stability, and strength. But without our sincere and genuine attention and application, it can also be used to aggrandize our ego and ignore the habits and the source that truly causes our suffering. Can we develop as practitioners without the hope of success or fear of failure?

We continue with the Sixth Point of the Lojong, Mind Training teachings which focus on the commitments or disciplines of the practice. We examine three maxims beginning with “Work with the greatest defilements first”. (Sixth Point: Part 3 of 4)

Sixth Point: Part 1 “Keeping our Practice on Track”
Sixth Point: Part 2 “Attitude is Everything”
Sixth Point: Part 3 “Hopelessly Fearless”
Sixth Point: Part 4 “What’s in it for me?”

Original Talk: December 7, 2023
