We regularly host a variety of retreats including full day retreats, half day morning and evening retreats. Led by a variety of experienced teachers these provide an opportunity for more in-depth explorations of teachings and techniques both ancient and modern. Do I need any meditation experience?
Our retreats are designed to be accessible for all levels of experience. Each retreat will specify if additional experience is recommended.
Will we be sitting still for the entire retreat?
We schedule frequent breaks, and encourage comfort and freedom of movement. You are welcome to sit, lay down or move as needed.
Are there drinks or food?
Hot tea and snacks are freely available during in-person retreats.
How long are they?
Half day retreats are typically 3-4 hours in the morning or evening.
Full day retreats are generally 9AM – 3PM with a lunch break.
