This evening event is a powerful time to deepen and renew our practice as we align our lives with our highest values and intentions.
Join us in our sacred candlelit meditation hall for a beautiful evening with teacher Franz Manfredi as he leads us through guided and silent meditations. He will share readings from the teachings of the Buddha, and we are invited to participate together in traditional Buddhist chants. This class is suitable for all levels of experience and is held both in person and online. All are welcome and no one is turned away for lack of funds.
