Learn and practice time honored methods of relaxation, mental and emotional regulation, experiential clarity, and interpersonal and intrapersonal connectivity. Basic techniques are explained and demonstrated.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience and is held both in person and online. All are welcome and no one is turned away for lack of funds. There will be spirited discussions, laughs, insights, tea, and sometimes cookies!
