Beginning with a reflective silent meditation, this evening class continues with a guided meditation after a short break, exploring a variety of techniques. Concluding is a time for sharing and thoughtful commentary as well as a traditional Metta (Loving Kindness) chant. This class is suitable for all levels of experience and is held online. All are welcome and no one is turned away for lack of funds.
