Description

The Path of Non-Attachment Thinking/Feeling

All day long opposites are pulling us in every direction! We all argue “My way is right! Your way is wrong!”  This is attachment thinking/feeling. What can we do? Only “don’t know!”  This is non-attachment thinking/feeling!

If we want to attain the truth we must let go of our imagined situation, condition, and opinions. Letting all this go leads us to our true situation, condition, relationship, and function. This is our heart/mind before thinking/feeling arises. At this point non-attached thinking/feeling is possible. Then our correct function in this world is possible. This is Great Love and the Great Bodhisattva Way.

We will start the day using the iRest protocol to return to our direct experience in our bodies. From there we will recognize, welcome and inquire into the limitations of freedom that are present in our body/heart/mind. Using “Don’t know” we will press the clear button of our body/heart/mind and practice non-attached thinking/feeling. By doing this together, we see the truth, our relationship to it and then our correct function becomes possible. Moment by moment by moment X’s 500 years.

This class is open to all and is being offered both in person and online.
