Thinking and Non-Thinking

In our human experience, the thinking mind creates the felt separation of subject and object. Not thinking is simply the suppression of the natural flow of thought. Dogen Zenji, the 13th-century Zen Master wrote that "The activity of every Buddha is based on non-thinking." What is non-thinking and how is it realized? Let's practice and explore this subtle and profound approach to meditation.
