Our Programs

Whether you are curious and want to learn the basics of meditation or you have an established meditation practice and seek to deepen your understanding, Long Beach Meditation provides quality programs that are inclusive and serve a wide range of interests. Discover more from teachers you enjoy, attend a retreat, participate in a special event, and check out what the book club is reading. Our programs are available in-person and online.

Classes

Our classes are donation based recurring programs that are a mixture of in-person and online attendance opportunities. Look through out the current offerings and discover something new. By giving a suggested $20 donation when attending a regularly scheduled weekly program you make it possible to keep our doors open, compensate teachers, and ensure programs are accessible for anyone who is unable to pay. No one is turned away for lack of funds. If you would like to join us in this practice of dana or generosity, please consider contributing.

On Sunday afternoons Long Beach Meditation offers meditation practice and a Dharma Talk by one of our established teachers and on special occasions invited guests.
