Brad Gibson

Brad has been studying Vipassana meditation since 1980, and studied many years in the Tibetan Mahamudra tradition. He is a retired school teacher and spends his time pursuing Buddhist studies, community gardening, and dedicated service to his family and neighbors.

Brad Gibson's Biography

Brad Gibson has been studying Vipassana meditation since 1980. He has attended meditation retreats with Jack Engler, Joseph Goldstein, and Sharon Salzberg, among numerous others. In addition, he has studied many years in the Tibetan Mahamudra tradition with Ken McCleod. In 2008 Brad began attending classes at Long Beach Meditation and was invited to teach by the founder of Long Beach Meditation, Dr. Victor Byrd, in January of 2011. He is a retired high school teacher and lives with his wife and daughter in Long Beach, California.
