How can we generate compassion for all beings — using something as everyday as the in and out breath? We can learn how to develop bodhicitta (an awake heart-mind) for the benefit of all beings, including ourselves.

We investigate the Lojong, Mind Training teachings, and the Second Point of Mind Training which this time invites us to train in relative bodhicitta, an open heart-mind, by using our cycles of breath as well as our imagination to generate compassion and release our self-clinging.
