This intentional reflection allows us to identify patterns, recognize habits, and guides us in consciously choosing our responses that align with our intentions and values. By practicing mindful awareness and compassion, we create space to fade unwanted habits while fostering healthy routines that nourish our well-being and lead toward greater happiness for others and the world.
