Resources

Dharma (Sanskrit: धर्म) Pali: dhamma) is a key concept with many meanings in Indian religions, such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, etc. In Buddhism, Dharma simultaneously indicates the teachings of the Buddha, any teaching that leads to liberation more generally, and most expansively our experience of ourselves and the world right now.
