This midweek meditation session led by Brad Gibson is a time to connect with others while finding stability and support in our practice. Beginning with a reflective silent meditation, Brad continues with a guided meditation after a short break. These guided meditations explore a variety of techniques. Concluding is a time for sharing and thoughtful commentary as well as a traditional Metta chant. This class is suitable for all levels of experience and is held online. All are welcome and no one is turned away for lack of funds.

Brad Gibson
Teacher
Brad Gibson has been studying Vipassana meditation since 1980. He has attended meditation retreats with Jack Engler, Joseph Goldstein, Sharon Salzberg and numerous others. In addition, he studied many years in the Tibetan Mahamudra tradition with Ken McCleod.
In 2008 Brad began attending classes at Long Beach Meditation. He was invited to teach by the founder Dr. Victor Byrd in January of 2011. He is a retired high school teacher and lives with his wife and daughter in Long Beach, California.
